Silicon Beat has a post on the new "My AOL", a page that can be customized with RSS feeds. Looks like it is going be a clone of My Yahoo (one of the best implementation so far for the big internet players). The RSS feed search piece will be provided by feedster.

Anyway, one thing that tha was mentioned during the investement panel at Vertical Leap is that vertical search engines need distribution to really take off. It was pointed out that most people tend to forget that Google got its lift from being yahoo's search engine.
