I am almost done reading The Entrepreneur's guide to Business Law.
The author does a fantastic job to make the business law concepts accessible to the reader. A lot of "From the tranches" sections provide real-world examples of the key nuances in the law. Also, at the end of each chapter, a "putting in practice" section let the reader follow the creation of an hypotical startup from the beginning and provide a good context on how the different laws apply to the each steps of the creation process.
The coverage is comprehensible. From everything you need to know in order to avoid issues when you are leaving your employer to buying and selling a business or going public.
A must read for any first time entrepreneur.
