back in France I used to eat crudités mix as an apetizer a lot (Celery, beets, carrots can be bought with the saisonning already prepared).
I finaly tried to do it on my own and I can say that it was really gratifying!!
And for dessert, I cooked one of my favorite from scratch: profiteroles. It was delicious but I think I still need to work on the form factor for the Pâte à choux (Puff Pastry) ;)
