Looking for moonbows in California

Looks like Google is searching Europe for recruits. They organized several conferences where current employees present a high level overiview on how they make the Google magic happen and what type of challenges they need to address as the web continue to scale.

Most of the information from Google's vice-president of engineering talk in London is available in an article from ZDNet UK.

There is also an announce for a conference on Dec 13 2004 in Gercy, France.
